These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EZ Compliance website (ezcompliance.in) and our compliance management platform and related applications (together, the "Services"), operated by EZ Compliance Pvt. Ltd. ("EZ Compliance", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent, to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of service

EZ Compliance provides a cloud-based platform that helps organizations streamline compliance management, including license management, location management, notice and litigation tracking, and related regulatory workflows across India. Specific features, plans and availability may change over time, and are described in more detail on our Pricing and Features pages.

3. Accounts & access

Where you or your organization are issued login credentials, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at info@ezcompliance.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with their operation, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Customer data

Data, documents and records you or your organization upload to the platform remain your property. We process that data to provide the Services and, where you have consented, to improve our offering, in each case consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees & payment

Access to certain features of the platform requires payment of applicable fees, as described at the time of purchase or in your agreement with us. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Communications

By using the Services, you agree that we may send you service-related communications. Where you have opted in, we may also send newsletters, marketing or promotional material; you may opt out of these at any time using the unsubscribe link in the relevant email or by writing to info@ezcompliance.in.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, trademarks and content (excluding data you upload), are owned by EZ Compliance Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Services as intended.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep compliance information accurate and current, EZ Compliance does not provide legal advice, and the platform is a tool to help manage compliance workflows — it does not replace independent legal or professional judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Compliance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any account that violates these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services, or request closure of your account, at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
