EZ Compliance software focuses helps businesses streamline their compliance management to streamline operations, store management, license management, and ensure regulatory adherence, and optimize resource allocation.

 

 

  1. User ID and Password
  • To access the Company’s Platform and its services, user may need to create an account and provide information such as their name, email ID, photograph, location, and other contact details.
  • User ID and password (referred to as the “Account”) are for their exclusive use only.
  • User are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Participant Account.
  • If unauthorized use of the Participant Account is suspected, user must promptly notify the Company.
  • The Company is not liable for any claims related to third-party activities or failure to maintain account security.”
  1. License to Use

When you choose to visit our Platform or use any of the Services provided by the company, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license. This license allows you to access, view, and use the Platform for specific purposes, such as License data management, License Mapping, Expiry & Renewal tracking, Reporting & Analytics, etc.

However, please note the following:

The license is personal; it cannot be transferred.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or deny your access to any part of the Platform at its discretion. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the portal or any part of it without the Company’s prior written consent.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • EZ Compliance owns the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements, pre-configured compliance data contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the Service which EZ Compliance owns.
  • You, acknowledge that the company owns the platform and the services it provides. This means the company has all the intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights in these areas.
  • The company also retains all rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, logos, trade-dress, trade-secrets, know-how, and any other intellectual property right, in relation to all information provided on or via this platform. This includes all texts, graphics, photos, illustrations, and logos, except for the content, material, was uploaded by you on the portal.
  • The company retains all the rights of the platform and is the sole owner of the same. You agree not to record, make videos recordings, take screenshots, click pictures, and not to download, publish, display, reproduce, distribute, post, share, or make copies of any of the service provided by the company. Any recordings, videos, sound/audio recordings, screenshots, pictures, images, material, or content obtained without the company’s prior written consent will be considered a breach of these terms and conditions, and you will be solely liable for this breach under applicable laws. All other rights are reserved.

 

  1. Third Party Services

 

The user acknowledges that the services provided by the company utilize certain software, products, and services developed and owned by third parties. These third-party components are subject to their own terms and conditions. Before using any third-party websites, the user should carefully read the user agreement and privacy policy associated with those sites. By accessing these third-party websites, the user agrees to be bound by the respective Terms and Policies. Additionally, the company disclaims responsibility for any issues arising from third-party software, products, or services used in the service.

  • EZ Compliance reserves its right to monitor the behaviour on its website and terminate or restrict the use of the website, in case any user is found in breach of the terms and conditions set out herein.

  • Is defamatory, plagiarized (even from your own work), abusive, malicious, threatening, false, misleading, offensive, insulting, discriminatory, profane, harassing, racist, sexist, indecent, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or advocates violence.
  • Breaks confidentiality or someone else’s privacy or other rights, or any duty you owe.
  • Prejudices any active or pending legal proceedings you’re aware of.
  • Contains accusations of impropriety or personal criticism of our personnel, editors, or reviewers.
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights owned by the Company or any third party.
  • Is technically harmful (for example, it contains computer viruses, logic bombs, trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data, or other malicious software, harmful data, or conduct, or any other element intended to harm the Company or any third party, or to carry out or facilitate any fraudulent or dishonest transaction).
  • Advertises or promotes any product or service or asks for donations or financial support.
  • Is spam or junk content.
  • Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity, affiliation, or status.
  • Would be considered a criminal or statutory offense in any jurisdiction, or gives rise to civil liability, or is otherwise unlawful.
  • Breaks these Terms and/or any Additional Terms.

 

Content found on or through this Service are the property of EZ Compliance Private Limited or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

 

  1. Subscriptions

 

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

 

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or EZ Compliance Private Limited cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting info@ezcompliance.in customer support team.

 

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide EZ Compliance Private Limited with accurate and complete billing information that may include but not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize EZ Compliance Private Limited to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

 

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, EZ Compliance Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your access to the service with immediate effect.

 

  1. Modification to the Services

 

EZ Compliance reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time for any reason with or without notice.

 

 

  1. Prohibited Uses

 

  • You may use service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

 

  1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
  3. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  5. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  6. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend company or users of service or expose them to liability.

 

 

  • Additionally, you agree not to:

  5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.
  6. Take any action that may damage or falsify company rating.
  7. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.

 

 

  1. No Use by Minors

 

Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

 

 

 

 

  1. Cancellation and Termination
  2. You are solely responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us by sending an email to the official contact details. You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly charges for the month which you discontinued service. You will not be charged again.

EZ Compliance reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all, current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the service and remove and discard any of your content in the service, for any reason, including, if EZ Compliance believes that you have violated these Terms of Service. EZ Compliance will use all reasonable efforts to contact you directly via email to warn you prior to suspension or termination of your account. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. EZ Compliance shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

 

  1. Error Reporting and Feedback

 

You may provide us either directly at info@ezcompliance.in or via third party sites and tools with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our Service (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) Company may have development ideas similar to the feedback; (iii) Feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or any third party; and (iv) Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the feedback. In the event the transfer of the ownership to the feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute and commercialize) feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. This governing law applies to the agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements or understandings regarding the Service.
